Surface cleaning: Remove wax, oil and other impurities with deoiling

Spray Layers: 2-3 layers, 15-25um total thickness

Flash Time: 5-10mins, 20℃(It needs stand after spraying)

Standing Time: Spraying clear coat after 10-15mins.

Paint Spraying Caliber: Gravity type(Upper kettle): 1.2-1.4mm

Siphon type(lower kettle): 1.3-1.5mm

Paint Spraying Pressure(Mpa): 2.0-4.0

Re-operation: After spraying clear coat

Note:

1. The primer film must be ground, cleaned and dried before spraying.(wet abrading 600#-800#, Dry abrading 400#-600#)

2. When the temperature is higher than 30℃, the appropriate amount of butyl cellosolve should be added when the thinner

is used, for details of butyl cellosolve, please refer to the application instruction of butyl cellosolve.

3. Metal paint spray film thickness should not exceed 25um, otherwise the adhesion between layers may not strong.

4. Flash after every layer of metal paint is sprayed, if there are dust spots or particles on the surface of the paint, wipe it off

with a tack cloth.

5. Spray clear coat ASAP after spraying 1K -based paint for 10-15mins, if the time is too long, it will affect the adhesion.
