Sprial Machine Details and Advantages :
Vertical screw conveyor saves more space. For continuous
transportation from low to high, food cooling. Conveying capacity
is large, continuous and uninterrupted. For the cooling equipment
of the automatic production line of bread, film, moon cake,
dumpling and other foods, it is widely used in large bread, moon
cake and film production enterprises in various regions.

promotion of spiral cooling towers in the baking industry. At

mooncake manufacturers in China, making the production of
enterprises more continuous and automated. It greatly improves the
production efficiency, makes the sequence time from baking to
cooling to packaging completely consistent, and greatly improves

The spiral cooling tower adopts stainless steel spiral mesh belt
carrier with a width of 600-900mm. The layer spacing and the number
of layers are customized according to the output. The cooling time
is 20-120 minutes.
Cooling output is large. It can directly cool hamburgers, toast,
sweet bread, moon cakes, milk fragrance bags, etc. Customized
flexible, according to site and capacity design diameter and mesh
belt.
Single tower is up-down or down-in and up-out; double tower is
down-in and down-out. The screw conveyor has become an important
equipment in the whole production process. Advanced structure,
strong adaptability, small resistance, long service life,
convenient maintenance and complete protection equipment are the
remarkable characteristics of screw conveyor.
Before the operation of the screw conveyor, it is necessary to

electrical circuits are normal, and then the belt conveyor can be
put into operation only when it is normal. After that, the
