Machine Structure:
The machine bed is of cast construction, primarily consisting of a
worktable, a movable gantry, a movable sliding saddle, a drilling
and milling power head, an automatic lubrication device, a
protective device, a circulating cooling device, a digital control
system, and an electrical system, among other components. It adopts
rolling hard rail pairs for support and guidance, and precision
lead screw pairs for transmission, ensuring the machine tool
achieves high positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy.
1. Workbench:
The workbench is fabricated from gray iron (HT250), undergoing
finish machining after secondary tempering and power treatment to
ensure sound internal quality and dimensional stability. The work
surface features a cast structure.
2. Movable Gantry:
The movable gantry is constructed from gray cast iron (HT250). The
front side of the gantry is outfitted with two rolling linear guide
pairs with ultra-high load-bearing capacity, a set of precision
ball screws, and a servo motor, which collectively enable the power
head slide to function as the Y-axis. When moving in the same
direction, the drilling power head is mounted on the power head
slide plate. The movement of the gantry is achieved through the
rotation of the ball screw, which is driven by the servo motor via
a precision coupling.
