Conical Twin Screw Extruder

gearbox, frequency inverter, barrel, and screw integration.
Mould
Specialized mould design ensures ideal material viscosity for pipe
shaping while minimizing extrusion friction. All material-contact
surfaces are polished for superior performance and reduced energy
consumption.
Vacuum Calibration Tank & Cooling Tank
Stainless steel vacuum calibration tanks define pipe shape and
surface quality. Adjustable vacuum pressure and sealed gaskets
prevent leakage while maximizing cooling efficiency through
optimized spray nozzle design.
Haul Off Unit
Available in crawler track and belt configurations for pipes
ranging from 16-800mm diameter. Speed synchronization with
extrusion ensures symmetrical wall thickness, while foam PU-claw
surfaces prevent slipping and inverter controls enable easy
operation.
Cutter
High-performance cutting systems with precision encoders ensure
consistent pipe lengths. Choose between saw cutter or planet saw
cutter designs based on pipe diameter requirements.
Control System
Comprehensive PLC module, HMI panel, thermometers, and connectors
