Adjustment Method of the Accuracy Rate of Box Entering:

Box entering accuracy rate is controlled by electricity and machine. When the box entering is not accurate, it can be adjusted by the following methods:

1) Adjust the angle of the sliding panel;

2) Loosen the fixed screw and rotate the synchronous wheels to adjust the starting position;

3) Adjust the electric tracking system.

The Working Principle of Round Noodles Cutting Machine:

Noodles falling devices work with the motor of the frying machine at the same time. Motor adopts frequency control. The synchronization of cutting and dividing machine and frying machine as well as the box entering accuracy are controlled by a programmable controller.
