Splendid is the Taiwanese Manufacture which specialized in design, development and manufacturing rubber seal products. The name of our company is Shenzhen Splendid Rubber Products Co,.Ltd. Our factory was founded in Pingshan new district, Shenzhen city in 1998 and have total 8000 square meters building size and 2000 square meters office area for present.In 2010, Splendid set up a new factory in Wuzhou city, Guangxi province with whole 35000² ands owned by Splendid itself, which greatly increased production capacity and shorten production lead time.

Machine

We have 2 factories of total 70 sets molding machines, we can bear large production capacity and our normal delivery is about 4-5 weeks.Special shorter delivery is available.

To ensure product quality , we have purchased a lot of advanced machinery and equipment, such as purchased Automatic Projector , IRHD Hardness Tester , UTP Dimension Inspection , Automatic Molding ,Doss Sorting Machine , Internal mixer , Milling Machine , CNC Tool Cutting Machine , Forming Machine , Digital ProductorProduction Line , TYPE Hardness Tester .

We have been certified by 2002-edition ISO/TS16949 from October 2003, we also got KTW, DVGW, WRAS, and NSF certifications for compound E7001Z59 in 2008. We have an extensive selection of materials available to meet ASTM, JIS, DIN, NSF, and other specifications. All of our products are backed by our ISO/TS16949 registered systems. Splendid meets TS16949 standards. Supporting documentation, PPAP control plans and FMEA are available upon request.
