Portable Insulating Oil Breakdown Voltage Bdv Tester is mainly used for measure breakdown voltage of insulation oil accurately. It's preprogrammed with worldwide acceptable standards, with colorful large LCD display, available to store test result and built in thermal printer for on-site report.
