0Cr27Al7Mo2 Awg 2 4 6 8 10 12 14 16 18 20 22 24 26 28 30AWG Fecral Alloy Electric Resistance Heating Wire
Product Introduction
0Cr27Al7Mo2 Wire is a high resistance electric heating alloy wire,
the main chemical composition is carbon content ≤0.05%, silicon
content ≤0.40%, manganese content ≤0.20%, phosphorus content
≤0.025%, sulfur content ≤0.020%, chromium content 26.5%~27.8%,
nickel content ≤0.60%, aluminum content 6.0%~7.0%, molybdenum
content 1.8%~2.2%, the balance is iron. It has a high resistivity
of 1.53±0.07μΩ·m (20℃), a density of 7.1 g/cm³, a melting point of
about 1520℃, and a maximum operating temperature of up to 1400℃.
This alloy wire has excellent oxidation resistance. Due to the high
content of chromium and aluminum, it can form a dense Al₂O₃ oxide
protective film at high temperature, and has high oxidation
resistance and thermal strength below 1250℃. The addition of
molybdenum further improves the temperature resistance of the
material. 0Cr27Al7Mo2 Wire also has a low temperature coefficient
and can maintain a stable resistance value at different
temperatures. It is widely used in the manufacture of electric
heating elements, such as heating elements for heat treatment
furnaces with a use temperature below 1250°C, especially for
continuous furnaces such as stainless steel solution furnaces. In
addition, it is also used for heating materials in industrial
electric furnaces, household appliances, infrared heating devices,
as well as heating elements and resistors in the fields of
metallurgy and machinery manufacturing.
