It employs pulsed heat staking technology integrated with PID closed-loop control algorithm, enabling rapid heating and cooling of plastic rivets during the riveting process. The entire heating process is swift and accurate, resulting in negligible thermal impact on the surrounding components. It is particularly suitable for riveting work on components that already have installed elements, such as LED lights with pre-installed light bulbs and PCB boards with pre-installed precision components.

The machine offers programmable memory with the capacity to store 5 sets of programs, each capable of accommodating three sets of parameters. This allows for seamless parameter configuration when riveting new products, eliminating the need for reconfiguration and readjustment between different products. It is particularly advantageous for users working with diverse plastic components of varying materials that require riveting.

Additionally, the machine is equipped with RS-485 and Ethernet communication interfaces, ensuring secure and convenient parameter configuration and retrieval. The parameter settings are safeguarded by password protection, preventing unauthorized modification of crucial parameters.
