HN-1000-4, a 4-channel pulse plastic heat staking machine, specifically designed for the assembly of plastic components

This machine uses a pulse riveting process for riveting. It can simultaneously install four heat riveting heads, significantly improving production efficiency. The controller can store up to five sets of programs, each containing three groups of parameters, making it easy to store the riveting parameters of multiple products. It is suitable for multi-point or multi-product riveting work, ensuring stable, reliable, and efficient production.

The pulse riveting process employs a PID closed-loop control algorithm technique for instantaneous heating and cooling. The riveting controller continuously monitors the temperature curve during the riveting process, enabling precise temperature control. The controller has both RS-485 and Ethernet communication interfaces, facilitating the setting and reading of riveting parameters.

The parameter settings feature password authorization functionality to prevent mishandling. Compared to plastic hot air riveting and hot plate riveting, the greatest advantage of pulse riveting is that its heat source does not affect the quality of already installed devices, making it particularly suitable for the heat riveting of installed LEDs and electronic component boards.
